Accountability? Really?

Ive been saying for a few years now....SHOW ME after I got so sick of this bullcrap.

We hear every year around here..." How is the league gonna stop us with all of these weapons"? Just STOP it. No one fears these ***** willows.

The league knows we will beat ourselves , all they have to do is pressure Dallas

We have become a laughing stock. Im sure you guys and gals hear it at work and from friends. That burns me. I can take losing....but not disrespected.

NOTHING will change until each player and coach fears for his job.

I bet not ONE guy cleaning out his locker is fearful . NONE.

Not one is looking in the mirror and taking ownership. Not while management is blaming the refs and everything else they can come up with.

Until the complacency culture changes nothing will change . Accept it. NOTHING.

Every player that contributed to the 14 penalty fiasco yesterday should be very aware that his job is in a very precarious position.

But in this culture of acceptance they are probably thinking about taking trips away and hanging with homies and pals.

Until the culture at the top changes we are destined for this forever .
That is a scary reality in the fact that the man at the top propogates and perpetuates what is trotted out onto that star every year

The owner doesn't hold his GM or Director of Player Personnel responsible for results. They will keep doing what they do until they die.

It's a dysfunctional way to build a football team, and we've seen the results. Expecting the results to change is just wishing and hoping.
