Players often do have incentives as part of their contracts. For instance, Cooper Rush missed out on $250,000 because he was benched in the final game. He would receive the 250k if he played over 55% of the snaps this past season. He only played 52% without playing in Week 18.
 
Move heaven and earth get all the Sanders clan in the building then step back and let them cook. It may fall flat in the end but I would be pretty excited for a while at least.
 
No coach is going to be successful here because of Jerry. I know if Deion comes here it will be a bigger circus than it already is. However I think he has the best chance of working. His personality is even bigger than Jerry. I don't think any of the coaches mentioned will be successful but at least with Deion it will be entertaing and who knows. We're never going to get the hot new coach to come here until Jerry's gone

I’m all about Deion being the HC. If he has an all star staff I could see him being like Dan Campbell. He’s a leader and not afraid to tell Jerry what he needs. He’s surely not a yes man. I’m just not sure he will leave Colorado. He’s got it made there and it’s beautiful

I don’t think anyone is saying free rein. Just more rein than most of the coaches mentioned besides guys like Carroll or BB. Everyone else will be more of the same situation.

On a side note...I read that Jerry could easily write some sort of bonus check to Coop if he wanted to. Let's hope so?

Sometimes Jerry does really weird thing with his QB's.
 
Well, you won't get any of those things with Moore at the helm

Which is exactly what they will do. Not a chance they would hire a HC with a back bone and let him have full control. History will continue to repeat itself.
