Of all of them I thought she was the most unrecognizable.

It's a shame what she's going through. Loved her in The Black Stallion and Close Encounters. She has her own unique personality for her character acting.

This is an interesting then and now at least for me. Ran into this guy about 8 years ago on a golf course in LA. Me and a buddy saw him standing alone on a tee box waiting for the group in front of him. We were playing behind him and ended up joining him had no idea who he was. We got to talking and he told me he was an actor/TV producer. He said he grew up a child star and appeared in a lot of Disney movies. He said he appeared in Old Yeller and as soon as he said that BINGO I recognized him. I said you played Arliss and he laughed and said yeah. Even though he was old I could see the resemblance even with the way he talked.

His name was Kevin Corcoran and he just passed away less than a week ago. I remember seeing him on a lot of TV shows and movies. He played "Moochie" in several Disney shows and appeared in several episodes of the old Mickey Mouse club. He appeared in Swiss Family Robinson and acted with several big time actors. The guy had some great stories. He said he and Tommy Kirk who he appeared in several movies with him including Old Yeller got to meet Elvis on one of his movie sets. Elvis drove them around on Hollywood Blvd in his Cadillac. I've met a lot of interesting people over the years but really enjoyed my encounter with this guy he was very entertaining.

Some of those women would look better if they didn't smash their faces with makeup, tan, smoke ( drugs?) And use plastic surgery. Everyone gets old but you can age gracefully if you take care of yourself.

They need the makeup especially as they age it's the other things that screw their face up.

"Skillet" and one-eyed Jimmy Bivens from Sanford and Son come to mind.

Happy Days had some of the oddest character names with Potsie, Fonzie (Arthur Herbert Fonzarelli) and Chachi Arcola.
