We need DL, DE, Saftey, CB, and WR

Lower priority is developmental QB, OL, and a LB if the talent is too good to pass up.

TE is just above FB on position importance. Unless it's the last pick of the 7th round every other position that could be selected has a greater potential team impact

I think you are way off on this statement. The coaches certainly dont know how to utilize two at once, but the TE is important in this and just about every NFL offense.
