Adjusted needs after 72 hours post fa!

I agree about WR but don't be surprised if they don't address it at all outside of maybe a late round pick. They really want Tolbert to be a legit #2
I won't be surprised. They could justify it by saying they spent a fourth-rounder on the position already (Mingo).

The only thing that would surprise me with this front office is if they gave an outside free agent a multiyear, high-paying deal.

They have shown interest in some DEs,only Micah is long term player, rest have are on 1 year deals or have done nothing in their career so far .I wouldn't bet against a DE as it's a high salary position.

It also looks like there are a lot of good ones this year.

Agree - I’m still terrified about our run D but if we sign a run clogger DT and attack offense early in the draft feeling good.

Would love to see us go after Diggs.
Pass rush should be fine, but run defense which was bad to start, got even worse. This and the offensive skill players is where the focus has to be.

The receiver market still has some players out there who can help: Diggs, Cooper, Lockett, Allen.

I count 6 or 7 DEs Parsons, Williams, Fowler, Turner, Wheat, Kneeland, and Thomas is like Golston inside/outside
Outside of Kneeland, they all aren't considered good run defenders like DLaw or Golston.

Don't think DE is a primary. We already had Parsons, Kneeland and Williams and have added Turner and Fowler.

Right now, I see WR, CB, RB as the primaries, possibly in that order.
AS I mentioned, outside of Kneeland, none are considered good run the defenders that can consistently set the edge. Turner might be the only other one with that skill, the others are strong pass rushers.

It looks like wide receiver, cornerback, and running back in no particular order. I personally would love to draft a combo defensive tackle like Nolan to play inside with Osa and Mazi. Williams still could be in consideration because he plays across the front seven and we don’t have too many defensive ends under contract after this season. There will be plenty of coaches standing on the table for Golden, Tet, Jeanty, Williams, Nolan, Barron, and Johnson ect….
I wonder if the Muku gets a chance to compete to become the nickel corner. Remember, he was real good in that playoff game against Tampa playing the slot.

If they can fill the #2 WR and add depth at NT, I think we can do a good job and filling our primary needs.

The Cowboys defensive line is better than it’s been in years and they still will probably add a 1 tech and a draft pick. The Cowboys have two 10 sacks guys rushing off the edge all they need is someone coming up the middle. Please oh please let Mason Graham fall to us……..

You feel better brother? I was concerned for you. Believe me I felt the same way Tuesday.

Williams isn't bad, he led the team in TFLs his rookie season with 10. Kneeland had 2 last season.
Let's not forget Williams was demoted to a special team only player the last time he played. He also was a poor run defender when he came out.

Good thing Fantasy Baseball is about to start, lol. Still disappointed, but that can change if they fix WR and DT.
Amari Cooper reunion? Mason Graham really has a chance to fall. Yeah my hopes have jumped up.

Let's see. Cd might go down but is a probowl type player.
Nt no close to probowl player
Rb no close to probowl player
Lb no close to probowl player
Cb 1&2 coming off injuries and #3 gone.

So no I wouldn't worry about mights when I am sure we don't have the rest of the ones before Wr.
You realize there are 3 starting WRs right and not just 1?

I’m also not letting a bunch of 1 year deals stop from adding a long term solution opposite Micah.

I’d still take a DE in the first 3 rounds just feel better about if we don’t get one.

The OC and OL Coach used a ton of 12 personnel, and this seems more balanced than the previous 3WR Offense...but we'll see.
Schotty is going to be calling the shots and lived to sling it in Seattle.

I think we’ll be balanced but WR2 is still a massive need.

For sure, just adding in another variable. Trey McBride was a monster in the Offense Klayton came from, so a really good TE could supplement that WR2 spot a little.
