Remember when we signed this kid last year as an UDRFA? I was psyched to see what he could do. He was from a small school, but I felt that given the right amount of time, he could be seasoned into a decent players.

Unfortunately, he was cut and the Ravens signed him. There, he was stuck behind some pretty talented dudes. Ultimately, he was injured, and waived.

Now he is in San Diego. Again, behind some big names.

Could be worth a second look IMO.

Actually it was two years ago. Really love Adrian and is a pass rushing monster. Haven't been able to stay on one system to develop but thought when we switch to 4-3 we should have gave up 7th round to Baltimore to get him back

I liked him, too. Gotta look at kids who can turn the corner.

Loved him. Would absolutely not mind getting him back and giving him a look. If he can just pin his ears and go I think he can be a 6-8 sack rotational guy. He's that explosive.

I'd like to see us turn over every stone in getting a pass rusher at DE. Don't care how old or young. Just anybody who can generate some pressure. We are going to get killed if/when we can't get to the QB,

Is he better than Boatright, Rayford and Wilson? If so, trade a 7th for him.

I have a feeling if things go right, our 3rd DE might not be on this roster. I do not see anyone absolutely winning that role and we have to have it.

i would try brandon ienkins.
skins wanted him as a 3-4 olb but he is a true 4-3 de

I started saying the same thing when camp began. Some were all in a panic when it seemed clear to me the final 53 wasn't going to be coming exclusively from that group. That includes more positions than DE.

I liked Hamilton, but when we had him we were still running a 34 and IMO, he isn't a 34 OLB. He needs to play WDE in a 43. Preferably one like Marinelli's that we now run.

If the Chargers cut him I would absolutely take another look at him. Marinelli might can get something out of him as a nickle rusher.

Let's trade one our many wr prospects for him...or rb. We are so loaded on the offensive side of the ball...let's balance that out.

I agree, he showed some promise as a pass rusher. Seemed like he had a non-stop motor. Worth a try.

People really want to trade for a player we've already cut? Sorry, but, lol.

I'd consider giving him another look as a street free agent if we really think he's a better fit for the current defense, but he's still just a guy and not the solution to our rush end problem. Talented pass rushers don't get bumped off of three different rosters because they're a scheme mis-match.

Honestly, I would roll the dice and try and trade for him. Dude has potential.

If we thought he really had potential, we'd have kept him on the roster when we had him. He's got a highlight reel, and he's somehow captured the imagination of our fans during his cup of coffee here. If we traded for a cast off we already had on the roster who's about to hit the streets again for the 4th time overall, I'd be ballistic.

I'm just going to throw this out there.

Maybe you were all wrong on the player. Maybe that's why he's essentially conducting his own tour of the NFL since he's left here.

I bet you can't win this debate with me without mentioning our defensive coordinator's name.

No you wouldn't. You'd simply pop out the handbook and recite the usual. We don't know. The team must like him. You're just guessing.

Stuff like that.

All three teams that cut him were 3-4 at the time. And we tried to sneak him onto the practice squad, so they saw something.

The no stone unturned approach needs to be in place for the reserve end position.

If we start with the Spagnola principle, it will be ugly.

Which makes it odd that he's supposedly an obvious poor fit for a 3-4 yet those have been the teams interested in him so far.

They tried the old tried and true sneak him on the practice squad routine. It was not a bye, no really goodbye type release.
