After We Win

But it was a home game....
But we were favored to win....
But it's not December....
But the Falcons CB Williams was out....
But it's not a playoff game....
But we didn't win by enough points....
But the Falcons still had a couple of nice scoring drives....
But the Cowboys didn't win, the Falcons lost....
But Garrett still made some bad play calls....
But I still didn't like Wade's expressions on the sidelines....

Shall I go on?

You'll read all of those and more.

Ah, homers homers every where and not a drop of reason.

A win Sunday does not change anything. This team needs to win in December and the playoffs.

Ah, yes the weekly "Im not worried we are going to win this" over confident thread...thank goodness, really missed it this buy week....now where is that rolling eyes symbol.
Why will Dallas lose against Atlanta?

Oh, honestly I think they will win, or at least make a game of it. I just think at this point, where this team is, we can stop it with the "I know we will win this game" or "Im not scared" threads. We had them before Kansas City on how we would dominate and no one was scared, had it before the Giants, had it before Denver too. This team and its fans are in absolutely no position to be confident about any game, who knows what team will show up or what the outcome will be.

But Romo now has a more friendly offense. He should look like Steve Young out there.

The sky is blue and "McCordsville Cowboy" doesn't like Romo. Yeah... we know....

If we only had the mighty Quinn.....

What are you laughing at? By the bold I guess you think my statement contradicts its self?

Let me try to simplify it for you.

I think we will win, I in no way would go put money on it.

Why do you have to put anything of value on the game? Answer: you don't.

If you lack confidence in the team winning, you may as well state that you believe that they will lose and live with it. It's no big deal.

No I think we will win. Ill stick with that. Ive been surer of things, but if I had to make a prediction, I think we win. Not going to assume the win like some are in the habit of doing and plan my post victory dinner though.

You're conflicted.

There is a difference between thinking something is going to happen and being confident it will happen. If you don't understand that Im sorry.

I love Romo. He is the man!

You are right though... We can only dream about #10 in the cowboys uniform, commanding the huddle and getting his players the rock.

I'm not going to change my views on this team if we beat the Falcons in week 7.

I'm not getting fooled again.

Ah ok, well I agree with that. It took a lot more than one game for me to lose faith in this team, it will take more than one game for me to regain it. I see what you are saying.

Exactly. It's week 7.

If they beat the Eagles week 17 in order to get into the playoffs. Okay now we're talkin.
