Aggies - Franchione stepping down?

Maybe you guys can help me out or I might be a day behind. Some of our Sooner boards are saying that they are hearing things on local sports radio in the College Station area that Fran is stepping down as HC.

Is this true? If so - why?

Was it the fallout of him selling insider info to the boosters through his newsletter or is it that he is just a horrible HC?

Knowing Franchione, he will probably end up with another great head coaching job in the near future because his supporters will continue to tout that he is a genius despite the evidence proving otherwise
