My, seems like only yesterday.
Of the bunch, Mario Edwards was the star. The other two were just standbys and one a speed racer.

So, anybody for drafting a bunch of CBs this draft!!!


OK, OK, maybe a cautionary tale, if someone can describe it to Prairie Flower.
Maybe admiration for a gutsy call by Jerra to go all out for secondary help.

And can anyone tell me what the hay happened to Martens?

If he was drafted by the cowboys, then that player MUST be DESTINED for greatness.

It would have been easier to draft had we not given away our first and third rounders to Seattle to Gallowaste and McKnight.

We had no choice but to reach. The Goodrich pick was the worst of the lot. Heck, had we taken Edwards in the 2nd round, it would have been a better draft. h aha

No kidding, but all the talk this year about drafting for need at CB reminds me of that draft. Drafting for need is so dangerous! At least it is when Jerry is involved.

This was just as much a case of poor scouting as it was Jerrah being desperate. There is no way that Goodrich should ever have been considered a second rd or even third rd pick.

He was probably shocked that he wasn't taken in the top-10 but then he was never really rooted in reality.
