Not gonna say that are lying but Troy and two other former players (another being a ex cowboy) giving very valid reasons why no one worth mentioning would come here. I don't think you should disregard that based on some reported "interest". how is this any different than any free agent we're tied to but never sign?

Sure anybody would be interested in coming here if you give them 100 mil with full control and no meddling, but it ain't happening

You may be right, and you probably are. But by virtue of the fact that Jerry is cheap when it comes to paying coaches I think that makes Aikman's statement accurate. It is not a desirable job at the price Jerry is willing to pay and also with all the other baggage that you had to deal with from the owner/general manager
