NIceHope Martin nails that piece of excrement on the second level and Zeke runs over his flattened carcass.

Dallas is gonna discount double check a few of the cheese heads.Lmao! Had to Google it right now, but remembered it as soon as it started. Very funny, Car
Martin is gonna be that golf club, Clay the window
That's exactly what I meant.imo not letting him run is more important than sacking him,he keeps drives alive with his legs.

I'm not one to rate a defense on sacks. There's a ton more to it.
Yep.............Some QBs are more sackable than others, but none of them like pressure. Hurried throws lead to bad things.
But, sacks are so nice to see..especially if the QB can't get up.That's exactly what I meant.

Have to think that even though Green Bay hasn't looked so great, they are the best test so far. What's funny is this was supposed to be the ultimate test for Dak. Based on what you wrote, though, I can already see people sliding those honors to the Eagles should the Cowboys win.

I honestly believe in the long run we will look back at any win without Romo and Dez as a good win because of the positive effect it has on the rest of the team. That said, the difficulty of the Green Bay game solely depends on which Aaron Rodgers shows up.Have to think that even though Green Bay hasn't looked so great, they are the best test so far.
The schedule has lined up really well.
I mean, really, who has Dallas played so far that looks really good?
In any case, a win at Green Bay would get "most impressive win so far"...imo.
Most valuable win so far would still go to Dallas beating NFC East Washington.
Here's just some quick research I did this morning, and also why I feel pretty good about this game. Green Bay's number 1 rush defense through the first 4 games:Have to think that even though Green Bay hasn't looked so great, they are the best test so far.

I agree, they haven't looked dominant overall as a team at all. Here's just some quick research I did this morning, and also why I feel pretty good about this game. Green Bay's number 1 rush defense through the first 4 games:
Jags, ranked 32nd in the league in rushing. TJ Yeldon, 39 yards, 0 TDs.
Vikings, ranked 30th in the league, AP, 19 yards, 0 TDs.
Lions, ranked 20th in the league, Dwayne Washington, 38 yards, 0 TDs.
Giants, ranked 25th, Rainey, 22 yards, 0 TDs.
Anybody can have a top 10 rushing defense against run games like these. Zeke eats and rushes for over 100 yards and 2 TDs.
On a side note. In those same games, QBs faired well.
Bortles, 320 yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
Bradford, 286 yards, 2 TDs.
Stafford, 385 yards, 3 TDs, 1 INT.
Eli, 199 yards, 1 TD.
So, I'm fairly confident looking at these stats, and who've they played. We will be able to run and throw the ball as we have been.
So, are the less sacks our OL is giving up this year so far(2nd in the league) credited to Dak's mobility or when Romo is in there his lack of mobility in recent years? Romo appears to go down much easier almost like he feels the pressure and is avoiding the contact.
It would seem although Romo may provide deeper pass routes there are some advantages Dak provides. It would be interesting to dissect the pros and cons more in depth as the season progresses to which assets of our two QB's provide better options overall.
No doubtWe need to win this game if for no other reason than to not sit on a loss for the next 2 weeks hearing how awful we are.
The Philly game is much much more important but lets hope we get this one.
Very tough. I think if anything, playing at Green Bay is gonna be the hardest part of this game.I agree, they haven't looked dominant overall as a team at all.
Still a tough place to play, but a very winnable game.
You just said something a lot of fans don't seem to understand when it comes to certain QBs, when they do those quick three step drops and the ball is gone it makes sacking them that much more difficult or when a defense have him dead to rights only for him to escape for a huge gain on the ground or a big pass play down field and we're playing a QB in Rodgers, who does take sacks but is a very good QB who can extend plays with his feet and also buying time to find a WR down field but to some fans the defense should sack the QB whether the ball is gone in 2 seconds or not and that is why teams hated playing Peyton Manning for example because he was a difficult QB to sack because of his quick release and that can be as detrimental to a defense than a QB scramble at times regardless how good a defense is.Sacks are HUGE game changers. But some guys get rid of the ball so fast or escape so well that they don't get sacked much.
LOVE that commercial...............Admit it though. He's pretty good on the commercial where he asks Rodgers, with his mouth full, "did you get it?"
