Akin Ayodele or Kalimba Edwards?

How would you guys feel if Dallas would sign Kalimba Edwards away from Detroit and Akin Adoyele away from Jacksonville. With the money we will save by trading Glover and Ellis we could sign both linebackers. Edwards is 6'6" and weighs 265 lbs. He has played OLBer at the college level and DE with the lions. He is a good pass rusher and had 7 or 8 sacks this season. Adoyele is a former college DE who made the coversion to OLB for Jacksonville. He is 6"2" and weighs 257 lbs. Both guys have good size,speed, and pass rushing skills. Edwards-OLB, Adoyele-ILB, James ILB, and Ware OLB. They would all have the size, speed, and strength to dominate in a 3-4 linebacker scheme. Two good quality linebackers instead of trading for Abraham. Forget to mention their both young. Thoughts??

By filling those to needs through FA, we could concentrate on fixing the Oline through the draft.

I'm all for it, that way we can concentrate on Oline and DT and FS in the draft.

Just the kinda guys we need. One of the strengths of this draft looks to be O-line. Free Agency is looking pretty putrid with Hutchinson and Bentley likely franchised. It would be nice to add a playmaker like Manny Lawson, Bobby Carpenter or Elvis Dumervil. It might be better to sign either of these guys who could be very capable (i.e. Steve Foley) and go to one of the strengths of this draft early.

Ellis or Glover would be a big upgrade for the Chiefs as well. Ellis would fit pretty nicely opposite of Jared Allen

I don't think the chiefs will make the trade. Their new coach will probably want to bring in his players.
