Yes it did change. I thought it got worse with Callahan
Frank Pollack took over the OL for Callahan last year.
Couple first rounders help
Callahan out, Kiffin remains.
Makes sense to me.
There better be a clear difference in play calling. Absolutely nothing changed when Callahan took over. So this would mean Garrett's only job would be game management. Hopefully he can improve.

id say done deal and offer them a gift card to walmart as a bonus
I agree, Callahan abandoned the run even quicker than Garrett would have. Callahan was known for abandoning the run while at Nebraska, and Jerry forgot to notice that when he named him the play caller......I just shake my head.......
What qualifies as a "smorgasbord of injuries?" Just want to know where the fictional line is for relatively healthy vs. no way can we perform with this many injuries...Kiffin will get a fair shake without a smorgasbord of injuries. If he still sucks when we're at or near full strength, Jason will fire him.
Riiiight.Jason will fire him.
Actually, quite a bit changed. Rather than calling plays dictated by our talent in previous years (I.e. We couldn't run the ball if we wanted to) with Callahan it was total discombobulation.
I think Callahan is out in Dallas...
Well actually Pollack is listed as the assistant offensive line coach while Callahan's title is Offensive Coordinator/Offensive Line Coach. Of course Callahan had offensive play calling added to that at the beginning of the year.

LMAO.
(Maybe this post won't get deleted like my other one.)
But didn't Garrett take back over and we still threw 60 times a game (even with Orton)?
