All over NFL.com but doesn't give any details. Does anyone have any idea why? I didn't see the game.

DUI

i think he wrecked and passed out and then they found him and charged him

Probably because a tree saved some unsuspecting family from Aldon parking in their living room.

earlier in the week he was arrested for DUI when he crashed into a tree. When they found him his foot was still on the accelerator and he had some type of drugs on him as well. This was at 7am the morning of a team practice.

Wow. Doesn't get more irresponsible than that.

Take all of his money and make him work a crappy job for minuimum wage for a year. Live in a crappy studio apartment. Thats what they should do to all people that do this kind of crap.

WHat's happened to the Niners? They got blown out 2 weeks in a row.

There was some sort of rule on why he couldn't be suspended from the game today, I forget what it was.

Either way he is toast for a while.

I can only imagine the crapstorm that would happen if the Cowboys best defensive player was forced to go into rehab in mid-season. Hatcher ges up and makes a speech in practice, and it's the national lead story all day long.

i have no sympathy for these guys, even NFLPA has made drivers available to these guys and yet they get behind the wheel drunk.

With the baggage Aldon Smith and Von Miller are already bringing to the table this early in their careers, it makes you really appreciate how special Demarcus Ware is on and off the field. The only time he's been in the headlines off the field is when he and his wife adopted an orphan.

Good point. We're very lucky to have had Ware. He's never had a bad season. Even last year when he was playing hurt, he was great. And he's one of the best guys in the NFL. You really can't ask for more. It's interesting how many high character guys we have. Ware, Romo, Witten, Hatcher. Then we have young guys with a lot of passion for the game like Dez, Claiborne, Frederick, Tyron Smith.
