Let's all get real about the head coach.....

-Just too old, time for some new young blood.

- 4 years and not a single play-off win...just as I speculated may be the case.

- Brought in many of 'his guys' and 'his type' of players.

- Let his QB sit instead of some serious on field experience.

- Has left other teams at his own whim.

- Made this defense his and they can't stop anyone when the game is on the line, along with making stupid mistakes.
