I think Jerry has learned what he's doing with personnel and I think Stephen is having more and more input.

Also, I think that Phillips really knows how to spot defensive talent.

makes us look like a team. Bowen, Carp, Butler, Choice, Austin, Hurd, Ogletree. If our starters did not win last year, we didn't win. I am now confident that our backups can play.

Only thing I disagree with is Austin. That guy is top tier all the way. 2nd tier isn't even in his rear view mirror any more.
