Listeners from America and abroad, news flashes and insights:

Arizona is just what the doctor ordered for the Cowboys.
On Sunday the Boys will be able to run, run, run.
Romo won't have to throw the ball as often.
Our secondary will make adjustments and our blitzes will work.
Our penalty rate will plummet -- that or on Tuesday the Boys will experience training hell at Camp Parcells.
Kosier will have learned to not grab facemasks.
Our O-line will open up holes big enough that even Hillary Clinton's ankles can squeeze through.
Our Tenacious D will rattle the QB early and often. INTs will vindicate Messers Williams and the others.
We will play conseratively but with enough trick plays to keep them honest. Defensively, we'll have some blitzing wrinkles that will drive Denny Green crazy if he isn't already.

So there you have it.
Vindication in the desert. It will be a happy planeload of Dallas Cowboys on Sunday night.

Nothing like a Denny Green team to bring a team back to its foundations of execution and results.

You heard it here first.

No disrespect intended, but I get really tired of the posts that proclaim all our problems will somehow magically disappear and that victory is guaranteed well... just because I have a feeling...

I think we'll win Sunday too because even with all our flaws we still should be the better team.

But what if those Cards who whupped the Bears for 54 minutes show up to play? Scary thought.

I'm hoping for the best, and optimistic, but playing it low key.

You better hope those Cards don't show up, because you don't have Chicago's D.

Am I the only one that thinks Arizona is gonna beat us by 2+ TDs?

Anyone that thinks the Cards are gonna be a walk in the park really hasn't payed much attention to the NFL this year.

I think we can beat AZ but if we have another 11-153 penalty day, its not gonna happen.

The Cards have NEVER been an easy game. This Sunday will be no different.
At Arizona, yes they have historically given us trouble (not in Dallas though). The last "easy" win we had at Arizona was in 1995 where we won 37-13. Our other wins in 96 and 98 were pretty close. The games we lost all came down to the end.

Aren't we 0-4 for the last 4 games in Arizona?

Make if 1-4 in the last 5 after this week. :)

Our beloved Cowboys have shown they can blow a game against a weaker foe!
No game makes feel confident?

Well, yes. Ruluctantly you are right.
Yes, no one should have that feeling of optimism. Or say to your fellow man, "hey, we gonna whup 'em." But I ax you, doesn't that happen every day?
Your neighbor Harold the irrigation contractor, for instance. When he says, "Yeah, I think them Cowboys are gonna do jus fine," do you cast a weary glance and sigh to put him in his place? Should you ax him for statistical proof of that?
Are we so cynical and snide that that type of Cowboy optimism is something to be belittled?
You, in the final analysis, are right. It's kinda silly for a man to have that inkling of a great day on a Sunday in the desert when you could almost hear Facenda describe a final and perfect 85-yard drive? When Landry, his coat collar flapping and his little hat on perfectly like a little monkey's yell at Danny White? Dick Emberg shouting into the mic and Charro doing color commentary.
I say verily unto you, that a vague feeling of a team doing well is salve to a fan's soul. Optimism is what keeps us going man. We gotta believe in T.O. T.R., B.P, J.J. and the REM. All god's children gotta believe.
That all our problems will magically disappear is fools' gold. yes. We do not pounce on "feelings" about a game -- like Ernest Borgnine on a doughnut -- lightly. We only try to keep a semblance of faith and hopes that our Cowboys will excel.
Well, thank you for your thoughts. Negative as they may be.
I leave you with this thought:

Oh, yeah. bay-bee! We gonna put da hammer to da Cards! Put the heat on them in the desert! Oh, yeah, troubles magically go ay-waaaay! Ay-waaaay!

The Cowboys are playing for their life while Cardinals have nothing to play for. Back to back losses to under .500 teams means its to go back to the drawing board.

Not as tired as I get of all the doom and gloom posts about how bad the team is. Dallas has a top 10 offense and defense. Penalties killed them last week. But they basically played pretty well considering it was in DC. They almost never go into DC and win outright without a fight, divisional game. They didn't have the ball at all for the first quarter. They stiffed a good run team with 4 stops from the one and 7 from inside the 10. They only gave up that one long run to Portis but basically controlled him. If Owens catches that pass they go up by 14 and the route is on. Maybe that was a blessing in diguise and now Owens will be a little more humble on the sidelines from here on out.

Our Blitz will work?

We have been saying that all season.

The TRUTH IS Our blitz worked ONE GAMe and One game only...The First Washington Game we played lights out...After that we have been less than perfect as BP would say.

I won't comment on the points, but I don't expect a win.
Home team always wins in this series, they're rested, and we're under pressure, and they aren't.
