Alone in first

It's good to have a lead going this early since this next 4-6 weeks can be really for us with injuries. We need all the wins we can get.

We need to pile wins since it'll be a tough schedule and even tougher without Hardy, McClain, Gregory and Dez (and Scandrick). Fortunately, we have a bye so the 6 weeks (hopefully less) that Dez and Gregory should miss will make them available against the Seahawks. And we'll have Hardy and McClain back for the Patriots. So despite the injuries, we should be getting guys back for our 2 toughest games. Then we should be full force for our other 2 toughest games later in the season (Packers and Bills).

Another random thought... This next 4-6 weeks is really time for Romo to shut the world up (not that he needs to prove anything to anyone). If he can go out and beat good teams without his best RB (Murray) and WR (Dez), then no one can deny his greatness. Of course, they'll just give credit to the O-line.

Next week's game is still important. Philly is still our biggest threat in the division and we'll be short staffed the next 6 weeks (5 games since we have a bye). In that span, I'd say Philly has a pretty easy schedule.

Eagles next 6:
vs Cowboys
at Jets
at Commanders
vs Saints
vs Giants
at Panthers

Giants next 6:
vs Falcons
at Commanders
at Bills
vs 49ers
at Eagles
vs Cowboys

Commanders next 6:
vs Rams
at Giants
vs Eagles
at Falcons
at Jets
vs Bucs

That just sucks for us, honestly. Whatever, at some point we get to destroy the Washington "football" club.

Typically I'd say that every game is important. But next week really is I agree. Getting another W would be huge for us in many ways.

We just have to stay at or near 1st place these next 6 weeks. The Eagles schedule gets much tougher (check out this 4 game stretch: Lions, Pats, Bills, Cardinals) and the Cowboys get their players back. We'll gain ground or run away with it later in the season. The important thing is staying in it the next 6 weeks.

All six of the Eagles games they can lose. 3 division games. Jets have a great defense and scored points on a damn good Browns defense, Saints can shoot out with the Eagles, and panthers have a stout defense and a offense that will get rolling by their game.

If eagles aren't careful they could start out 0-7. Don't sleep on any if them teams

Totally agree. This, plus the bye week during that 4-6 week window, help immensely.
