Am I lucky or cursed?

So on Halloween I was T-Boned in a mall parking lot by a lady who blew a yield sign and plowed into me. She caused 3,000 worth of damage to my car.

I finally was able to take the car to the shop this morning for repairs, and received a rental car courtesy of her insurance.

Immediately after getting my rental car I headed towards the gym. I was going through a green light at an intersection when some dude ran his red light and plowed into me.

Luckily I wasn't hurt in either accident, (although my neck is kinda sore from the one this morning..)

Two accidents in less than two weeks. Neither are my fault, but I had only ever been in one accident before. I'm scared to drive now. haha.

You were probably supposed to die in the first accident and the second one was trying to finish the job. Next time you are in a car, you better take extra special care when around other cars. I'm sure whatever it is, is going to try and finish the job. :muttley:

i would say unlucky.i think its wise to follow my motto, assume every other driver out there is an idiot and wont do the even the basics right.

Don't think Death requires him to be the driver, he accepts passengers too! :laugh2:

First off glad you're ok.

2nd.. Was the lady hot?

3rd.. You might want to think about wearing a helmet for awhile when you step in your vehicle.

I would say it's 80% luck but there is a 20% chance you're cursed so wear the helmet just in case.

No, the lady wasn't hot.

Bad things come in 3s, so I'm going to prepare by buying a helmet and wrapping myself in bubble wrap.

It's a good thing you don't ride a motorcycle. :D

Did she look like this?

Sounds like Final Destination and you've escaped death the first two times! :)

I've heard Norman Bates has been snooping around, so you maybe right. ;)

Bus tokens are your friend. :D

Seriously tho.......get your neck checked. Sometimes neck injuries won't rear their ugly head until years down the road. What feels 'sore' could turn into a later in life constant battle with pain and/or movement. Preventive maintenance is key my friend. Trust me.

You know whats funny. I got (SUV hit my sedan = Not good!) rear ended on Oct 2nd. and for that whole month, I was pondering. "Whats happens if i get rear ended again with my rental."

My car totaled, Her car bent and bruised

your lucky if you play your cards right. Hypothetically if you had back and neck pain her insurance may be inclined to settle outside of court and give you a nice little check. :)
