Guys and Gals,

We lost a heart-breaker of a game. It happens.

It was ugly but there is a bright side: It took a historic game, a supreme effort of super-human will and talent to beat us! These Dallas Cowboys are so good - it took a Herculean performance by the Lions (and by that I mean Stafford and Johnson) to just barely eek out a win... and even that came by way of a dumb-luck holding penalty! That's just how good we are... it takes THIS type of historic football to barely win the game.
