Thanks for nothing . A safety caught up one on one with a speed receiver resulted in a TD if you didn’t see the play don’t bother to add nothing to the topic
Im betting i am on the right play

go find it ARs td had bland and Wilson on him..sorry il comment all i want if its in general or on this play.,.why dont you go back and find the point in the game IE which qtr what was the score, so we can locate it..

then answer what was the formation, time on the clock and exactly who was responsible in coverage before your start a thread wondering why 6 was on AR, a loser wr who did squat in GB with HOF QB..sdo 6 isnt good enough to cover maybe make him a fulltime LB?? lmao.

I just did the work for you...

Look,

i just found the play at 2;30 in the first half, 2nd qtr and AR was being covered by Wilson at first and was great coverage and Hooker 28 came over late ..was bootleg broken play , well covered AR just made better play on the ball. Not like 6 got burned over speed or bad coverage, simply times his jump better, my bet Hooker got over a bit late for support.
theres your answer.

I thought I saw two Cowboys defenders there on that play. Wilson misjudged the ball I looked like.
There was. Don’t remember who it was, but he was inside and Wilson was underneath.

KJ picked up coverage on another receiver.

Everybody appeared to cover correctly. Wilson just didn't make the play.

every player gets a "pass" now and then especially when much of the time they are exceeding expected level of play...this includes Donovan Wilson....hope we can keep him and the others that at times

look all-pro....not overly worried about losing Steele for season but am concerned.....we have enough in O line pantry to cover....and we all realize the 40 yr old Peters cannot play every offensive down

so we must mix and match but we have good coaches for this ( fingers crossed )....and you called my contra--somethng or other a "moth"....well on sunday the Moth has landed.....for 56 minutes our team

way underperformed...but the critical last 3-4 minutes we played like Champions against the rope.....the rest of December going into January will be nothing less than super-exciting for us Cowboy Homers

They don't have success because they don't play the Cowboys every week. The entire league saves their best game for us, including the good teams.
Yes, like the Vikings. And the Colts. And the Lions. And the rest of the NFCE (between last year and this year, Dallas is 9-1 against the division, outscoring them 33-18 on average).

Sorry, this whole thing about how "Dallas gets everyone's best game" just bugs me, because it so obviously isn't true.

Hooker got there in time for the celebration in the end zone . The Jags bring a little more firepower to the passing game then Driskell and the Texans . Hoping Wilson is not one on one with the Wideouts Sunday .

It was very good coverage, mistimes the jump..happens to Corners as well..WRs are better at playing those high throws.

DQ would be a good source of information , if anything would rather have the centerfielder Hooker a lot closer to the play .

And if you notice when the ball is snapped and Rodgers starts the go route down the sideline I’m not convinced it wasn’t blown coverage by the corner Joseph who pulled off the receiver leaving Wilson not known for deep coverage not making the play.

Or maybe we're good enough to overcome it most of the time. If you don't see how teams get up for Dallas, there's no point in discussing it with you so I won't. Peace.

Yeah to be honest the Texans best wideout was out they were banged up in the secondary the Cowboys should have had a double digit burial ceremony . Texans were jacked no question .

Amari Rodgers pre draft 40 time was 4.52 and his vertical jump was 33 inches. He is anything but a speed receiver.

Any defensive coordinator wouldn’t have a problem putting Wilson on him in coverage. There is a reason that he hadn’t scored a TD before now… not even with one of the best QB’s in league history for years. There was also a reason that Green Bay couldn’t find a reason to not cut him. He just isn’t that good of an athlete.

Definitely not a speed guy.

He got behind our secondary and scored . Yeah he had issues in GB fumbling dont think speed was the issue . If anything Houston’s a good opportunity for him .

That still doesn’t make him a speed guy and has nothing to do with your wondering why put a safety on a “speed receiver”, as you put it.

I’m not saying he didn’t score… I was just responding to you asking why Wilson would be on a speed WR. That’s all.

You wondered why and I simply let you know that you were incorrect about him being fast.

Oh, I agree there's no point, it's an article of faith with people.

Ok thanks . I don’t think Rodgers Dorsett and Cooks are the issue in Houston either , the QB’s. All three .
