With the big, strong DBs in the NFL, Amendola will definately have to play in the slot. As he shows, though, 40 times aren't everything. Quickness, precise routes, and great hands could keep him in the league for a long time. Man, if both of our speed guys stay healthy, & Amendola comes in for the 3 package, it will resemble the Pats offense. Add Witten, and what a dilemma for the defense.

Their point was that he does it with his quickness and extreme precision in route-running. If both didn't stand out to you when watching the video, I don't know what to tell you.

The Welker comparisons seemed forced to me at first, but he has the same "water bug" quickness and precision that Welker has. Neither is going to run a route over 10 yards in depth, but in the slot they can kill you.

They aren't going off the video, I listen to their podcast, and he's a guy they've mentioned several times. Draftguy's likes to cover the lesser known prospects in the draft, so it's safe to say they didn't base their opinion on 10 seconds of video. You simply made that assumption all on your own.
