Amendola video: A Hidden gem

how many balls did he catch into his body... Maybe Terry Glenn can teach him how to use his hands...

Welker did the same thing in college, a lot of short guys do it for whatever reason. Maybe just a lot of young receivers do it in general.

We'll see how he does. I'm hoping he beats out Austin because Austin really only brings one thing to the table, for me, and that's Kickoff returns. He's easily been replaced this offseason with the multitude of guys brought in who can do kickoff returns so now there really isn't anything Austin can do for the Cowboys that impresses me.

Unless blowing by corners to get open and then drop the wide open passes thrown to him (Like against the Commanders on more than one occassion) is considered impressive.

He's quick enough to beat a press, it's actually probably more physical corners he'd have an issue with.

Press is usually good against guys that can't get separation, such as big slow receivers. If you press a quick guy and wiff, you'll get torched.

If defenses had to put a corner on him to stop our slot receiver and leave one of our top receivers covered by other positions, we will be unstoppable :D

That is the gayest video ive ever seen hahahaha.

I about died laughing when they said, " The big question we had about Amendola was, how is he going to get seperation? Well there ya go."

hahaha do what. You figured it out off that drill. geez.

what does this have to do with sex between people of the same gender?

This guy made a precise cuts and run a crispy routes. Check a 2:16. Great! Great! hands. Maybe a hidden gem that will get the best of our db.

Sorry if repost the video:)

These draft guys take me back to junior college audio/visual days.
They are so bad they probably wouldn't not make the cut for in-house hosts.

One more thing: Jerra is very high on Amendola, yes, and highlights films are just that: highlight films.
Easy to get lost in the hyperbole and enthusiasm of highlights.

Was just watching a replay of the Patriots-Commanders game and they mentioned that Jason Garrett said Wes Welker was his favorite player of all time.

Just something to keep him mind when assessing Amendola's chances of making this team.

If he can do half of what Welker did last year then he is worth being penciled into the slot position and he is YOUNG.

i noticed that he's going to be wearing 18.that's one of my favorite numbers,so of course i'll be rooting for this kid.here's to hoping he makes the team.

You must have lost sleep when we lost Chris Boniol.

Jerry: You think you can give the same effort...day in and day out for the next five months?

Amendola: Sir, I have no doubt.

Jerry: Fine. If you do Iighten up one hair...I'II throw you off this team
so fast you won't know what hit you.

Amendola: Wait a minute. Throw me off? That means I gotta be on the team first.

Jerry: Don't Iet me down.

You're 5 foot nothin'

100 and nothin'

And not a pure speck of God-given ability, and you hung in there with the best football program in the country for two years. And to top it all off, you're gonna walk out of here with an education from the University of Notre Dame.

Son, in this life, you don't have to prove nothin' to nobody.

(or something like that)
