If you're going to do that you might as well get a new OC. How is it that players are held accountable but coaches are not?

lane kiffin is now a headcoach at a small college program.
he modernized alabama's offense and many think he is a real genius offensive mind.
he also is supposed to be good in adapting the offense based on talent.

now he is a really difficult person and probably not someone you want to bring in as a coach.
but jerry can pay him and bribe the school for a day per week as an advisor.

Lane Kiffin is a dirtbag and the reason he is at a small school instead of a big one is that he got two major schools in trouble and generally left a trail of infractions as soon as he got off the plane. It should really make everyone wonder why Alabama has never come under scrutiny despite their ability to field 55 five star recruits every year and play in the NC game.
Maybe Kiffin was just doing what he knew from his Ala days?

PS he looks like Tosh.0s brother.

PPs, kudos for the OP line of thinking. Of course, instead of trying to prop J.G. up with better and more assistants we should just get a real HC?

PPPS, can we get an on field advisor to Dak?

if he defied the ncaa, i view that as a plus.
i want the smart, dont care about the violations because he would be a consultant not a coach.
it would allow us to evaluate a more modern offense.

in terms of dak, we need someone to do what the rams hc does for his qb.
doubt linehan would be so hands-on and capable
