And the crappy gm can never be fired. It's sad to say but Dallas will not win anything major again until the general manager passes away.

While I didn't mention that Clapper/Spitter specifically, his incompetence as a strategic and tactical leader of this team has certainly contributed to the lack of effort and competence of the players. I have been an advocate for him leaving for some years, and it's way overdue. I agree that is simple stuff, dude, but apparently not so simple that PT Barnum (Jones) can understand or see it.
