Carroll gives you one of the best potential HC right now for the roster. He has a history of molding young coaches into head coaches. Dan Quinn, Dave Canales, Gus Bradley, Robert Saleh, among others have coached under him.

Carroll also isn’t going to be in it for the long haul even if he is successful. He’s 73 years old, and could pass over the reins in just a few seasons no matter what.
