Honestly when looking at this clip: first and foremost I get goosebumps, secondly, is it me or does Jerry look almost somewhat in awe himself?

Jerry can strut all he wants. This is HIS team now, and Jimmy has nothing to do with it. It's up to him to ensure he gives this team the necessary resources to go all the way. Only Jerry can decide if this is the start of a new dynasty or if he wants to continue with the rebuild.

Now is not the time to lowball any of his key players. The chemistry of this current team is unreal, and that includes the coaches.

real quick.

It was Clutts who knocked Williams off balance. :37 shows it really well, but I digress.

Yeah...Parnell stood him up, Clutts got the push that took him to the side and Parnell finished. Does it really matter, even without the pancake the block was made to perfection.

I did immediately think of xwalker when I saw it though. Nice block. Parnell is no joke as a run blocker, it is in pass blocking where he is going to have prove he can be on the field.

And Clutts had his best game as a Cowboy.

I like you and all, but I think that if Jerry gets the venom when we do poorly, he deserves the credit for the current situation. Whether he needs to be talked out of bad decisions or not, the fact is that the success of this team & OL are glaring proof that he DOESN'T just do things in a vacuum, and actually does listen to counsel from his staff. For a leader, there is little praise that is better than that.

You have a point, but how and why has it taken so damn long for him to listen to others? 1996 is eons ago. He has been behind some real lemons regarding player acquisitions and contracts. He has done more harm than good until recently. If he has not, then why has it been so long that Dallas has been in the wilderness? He is the longest running joke in the NFL besides Al Davis...who many compare him to.

freakin troy was amazing 3 step drop, plant, throw with a quick release, laser like velocity, with perfect accuracy.

He was. But he threw an awfully inaccurate deep ball.
