I used to get irritated when jones wouldn't be as active as other GMs in signing free agents, but thses days I am perfectly fine with that. Hasn't worked for the Commanders in like, ever. Plus, too many times when Jones does sign a free agent, the contract is too large, the player is on teh decline, and we end up getting stuck with it.

Ya I agree because we wasted money on our LT, RT then oh ya we not only wasted money another Roy Williams who sucks and oh add we gave three picks my fellow Cowboys fan wanted so badly So thats why we can't sign Albert nor Safety which we need just as badly so we btted hope some sign acouple of those tenders offer players so we can have three Second round pick because we have lots of needs. Here are the needs NT, DE, OT, OG, S, WR.

The Skins obviously didn't have that problem! When we were projected to have $10mil, they were showing $2mil!

I don't think either would fit a 3-4 defense, would they? Boley a l'il small to be an OLB and Bernard too small to play nose, IMO. I don't like the fact that the G-Women may sign them but I couldn't see either one playing here.

would you want the cowboys to overspend, then dont have money to resign ware and their rookies, or a good backup QB?

as you know, the cowboys are shopping roy williams safety, let that shake out first, and thing with burnett and canty;

then go from there, just dont jump at first big thing, dont wait 2-3 weeks though either;

hopefully, by tomorrow, we know what will happen with roy williams safety;

then by sunday we will know if canty signs with titans, and if burnett goes somewhere, or both those players dont get the money they think they will

then you can jump, hopefully with releasing or trading williams we increase our salary cap to about 16.5 million, then we can make a jump,
