Gil Brandt should have gotten in.
It takes a great team to go to 4 straight super bowls, even if they lost every time
Winning a Super Bowl > losing 4 straight.
The Bills shouldn't have as many players and coach in the HOF as quickly as they do. Winning should matter A LOT but the Bills somehow seem to be making it in with ease.
Andre Reed is the only one I think got in too easy. Never should have gotten in over Tim Brown or Cris Carter, although Carter may have been the same class
Yeah I mean the Cowboys DID win 3 but even they couldn't make the claim of going to 4 straight Super Bowls.
Whatever, half of that HOF stuff is political BS anyway with mediots involved,,, more posturing and hype to SUCK YOU IN.
Yeah blame the media. Who else should pick? Players clueless? Coaches? Fans really clueless!
Just because you don't like the facts doesn't mean they are not true. I would prefer a media (and an NFL) that was without hidden agendas but that's not happening anytime soon.
I mean, they say the knock against Jimmy is that he wasn't so great in Miami. But apparently Levy's mediocrity in Kansas City wasn't held against him.
They were a great team, but not "great" enough to beat us either time on our way to 3 Super Bowls in the 90's..
What's wrong with THAT picture?
Meh, could care less, you can debate this random nonsense ad nauseam, you can't debate 3 Super Bowl victories in 4 years.
I'll happily enjoy the latter
I was driving around this afternoon thinking that even if Charles Haley were voted into the NFL Hall of Fame Saturday, the NFL would still find a way to sneak another member of the 1990s Buffalo Bills into the Hall. It was an amusing thought at the time. Ha, ha, ha. After all, Steve Tasker wasn't on the ballot this year. So how could that possibly happen?
I spoke too soon. And yes, they had to create a new special category to do it.

So Bill Polian AND Marv Levy are in the NFL Hall of Fame. Jimmy Johnson isn't.
And the 1990s Bills still have more players in the Hall of Fame than the Dallas Cowboys teams that crushed them.
