Parcells sure improved the play at QB with Vinny over Quincy. Same number of INTs but 4 fewer wins. Gotta love Parcells eye for talent at QB.

Thats the worst part of the Q deal, they knew he had a substance issue, yet they didn't address it, if you know you cant rely on your quarterback draft one, Byron Leftwich comes to mind
