His highest total of the year came against Dallas in the season opener and they both account for his 3rd and 4th highest averages of his career.

This is really stupid.
Why don't they drug test the "stars" after a big game such as Marshawn Lynch, AD, Seahawks DB's[who are obviously on peds] this is ridiculous... "random" my foot!

I'll be waiting for someone like Adrian Peterson to have this on his locker after a monsterous game...oh wait..it won't happen

It only makes sense to test people after performances that are statistical outliers to what they've done previously. I don't see why anyone would sweat it in that case. I'd test him, too. Yeah, it's not random, though. Dude's pretty built, too.

That makes no sense. If he averages 55 a game and one week does a 60 you should test him? What if he goes back to 55 the next? Did he do cycle them on for a week? It should just be frequent and random.

5 yards is not really a statistical outlier in that case.
They should be doing frequent random checks, too, but if you're looking for incidences of performance enhancing drugs, why not start by questioning specific enhanced performances?

Those aren't roids. Trust me. That is a good diet, good genetics, and a consistent workout routine.

Could be, I was just joking. I'm not sure if you've noticed, but a lot of the punters aren't near that athletic looking. They may not be fat, but they sure as heck aren't ripped like that guy.

He looks like he has the body of a small slot WR, like a Cole Beasely, Wes Welker, or Julian Edelman type guy.

It doesn't have to be roids, if I'm not mistaken there's still performing enhancing drugs that aren't tested under the current drug/substance abuse policy. Someone with more knowledge on the topic could clarify better, but I'm pretty sure that is the case atm.

I would say that he MIGHT be on a testosterone booster that you can get at GNC over the counter. He simply looks like a gym rat to me, so even that might be a stretch.

No it doesn't... They could be using prior and continue to be using over a long run, timing their tests with scheduled testing periods.

Not sure what you're saying here. What point am I missing?

Anybody familiar with PEDs knows that finding a way to beat tests is easier than finding a way to detect it. Blood doping for example, like EPO, which was one of Lance's drugs of choice, just had to be taken in small doses at night so that it remains undetected. All one needs to know is when the testing is to avoid it. It's one of the reasons NBA is one of the worst, if not worst in the realm of professional sports, in its lax policy. There concept of random is a joke.

It's just now that testing is starting to catch up. Previously, every time a test was implemented, it was cracked in like five minutes. Google the name Mike Ferrari...

Additionally, PEDs is a wide spectrum. EPO is huge for endurance and oxygen utilization. I personally think guys like Lebron and Wade use it, especially the former considering the size and way he plays. Then there PEDs for size, as well as recuperation for grueling schedules. Lance wasn't big at all, but he ran one of the most sophisticated PED schemes most are familiar with.

There previous performance before the anomaly could be a result of PEDs... They could have added to their regimen of doping.
