I've consistently appreciated Brown as our cb2. You aren't going to get a roster loaded with super stars at every position. AB does a solid job while getting picked on often.
That raider game killed him for a lot of fans. Most of those PIs were weak ** too.
Sometimes you don't appreciate what you until it's taken away1 We made zay jones look like a hall of famer today.
2 we can’t get coverage sacks anymore. We were getting 4 sacks a game and leading the nfl. Now we got 1 sack in 2 games.
3 Our defense and season seems to be unraveling since his injury.
Put some respect on his name (esp if you were wrong about him).
I hate to always agree with the same person, but this guy is the brother from another mother. I mean, nailed my thoughts.Anthony Brown isn’t great. But he is a solid, starting level CB.
His loss is major. Even worse is the fact that the cowboys spent a 2nd and 3rd round pick
On CB’s last year and neither seem to be starters in the league at this point.
Exactly that’s the thing, in a capped sport. Can’t have a stud at every position and not a few spots ur uneasy about.
It says alot about what this team places on the field. Maybe that's why LVE gets a lot of love on here. The scary part about this thread is Brown stinks. Says a lot about what’s behind him.
Brown is nothing special. Joseph is not an NFL player and likely would have been cut in 31 training camps last summer.
