Not to take anything away from Brown, but part of the reason for that interception is because of the same thing I kept saying last year with Weeden. He's a line-of-sight passer. If you give him a direct line to the receiver, he can complete those passes all day long minus a bad throw here or there. However, if you put anything in between him and the receiver and it's either going to be intercepted or incomplete. He has absolutely no touch at all on his throws. He's basically a baseball thrower, but with a football.

I believe it was 74 which was Lawrence Okoye, the guy we signed from England. I saw him make a few big hits this preseason, but it looks like he didn't make it through cuts. Still too raw right now.

Several DBs in their first year with the Cowboys flash INT skills . Never to be seen again in their second, third year unfortunately.
Tyler Patmon showed some ball skills in his rookie year. So did Wilcox. In fact, Wilcox had his best year as a rookie and got worse every year. I don't know what it is but it's almost as though, it's been coached out of them.

Every week I preach this..Every freaking week. Follow the QB eyes, he's cognizant of where the receiver is but his eyes never leave the QB. This is how the great DB's in our league cover. It doesn't get any better than this, now put this on a loop and have Carr, Claiborne, and Scandrick study it and see if they can come up with some picks this year.

Great anticipation, acceleration to the point of attack, and cutting ability to not lose a step on the break to the end zone.

He is not the original guy they signed directly from England, that was Efe Obada.

Okoye was originally signed by SF, then AZ, then Jets, then Cowboys.

Defenders should probably only get credit for 1/2 of an INT when Weeden is the QB. Weeden is that bad. :D

First off, I like Brown and everything i've heard about him but this talk about "No one else on this team does that" or "I wish Scandrick and Claiborne would do this"......I mean goodness that was a terrible throw and Weeden didn't even look off his receiver. That's not a professional quarterback in this league doing that.
