Well guys now that Owens will likely be suspended for our game I hope Dallas sits Henry. A. Glenn has played really well and is more than capable of stepping up to the plate against the Eagles mediocre WR's. We cannot afford to lose Henry to a groin tear so I say it is better to be saafe than sorry.

IF he can go, play him! It is one game at a time folks. ANother loss like the SKins would be devastating. The Iggles are still a good team without TO, maybe better.

Sorry but if Henry is healthy and can play, he needs to play, the last thing we need to happen is Glenn to get burned and the threads start flying in why didn BP play henry and glenn should be cut, and bla bla bla.

And second there is no fact saying he wontplay agianst Dallas.

I agree, if he isn't 100% and TO isn't playing, sit Henry. We need him for the long haul. Without TO, we should be able to beat philly. I'd hate to see Henry get hurt worse cause we brought him back too quick.

You do not mess with a groin tear! Would you rather sit him one game get him for the year or play him 1 game and lose him for the year. They could make the claim last year that they were a good team without TO but they lost key people this year and they have key players playing hurt. To say they are better without TO is silly thats what the Vikings said about Moss.

It's just like every injury. You want your best guys on the field and Henry fits the bill as one of our best. If he is healthy he should play (TO or no TO) but if he is still not ready then sit him for the extra game.

Thats the ? mark if he is healthy. Henry will say he can go but a groin tear is serious and I don't think he can fully recover in 2 weeks. It takes most 3 or 4 weeks to heal from something like this.

Agree my biggest fear Jack is to see Henry pull up limping grabbing his crotch. We won't have to wait for an MRI on that one bye bye Henry for the season.

I'll believe Owens is out for our game when I see it.

I can see the Eagles keeping Owens out for this game.....they'll teach him a lesson.....then he'll be back in for our game....

I can really see this happening.

It may depend on how well his replacment plays. If the receivers all suck they may bring him back but if they do well then they will leave TO sitting at home.

I don't think the threads on this site will influence whether Henry plays or not but 1) The Eagles are going to play better without T.O., because they are going to have to come together, and 2) T.O. is probably going to apologize to the whole world and Andy will re-instate him for the cowboys, because it is a pivotable game, and without T.O. I don't think anybody will give the Eagles much chance.

I seen Hos grabbing his crotch once and I know I don't ever want to see it again. :)

BP isn't going to put a guy out there with an injury that could get worse. He wants guys to play with pain but no with injuries that can get worse.

The opponent doesn't matter -- BP doesn't roll like that.

Let's not forget, if Philly ever realizes that it is legal to in fact run the ball, they have one of the most dynamic players in football in the backfield in Westbrook. They are still very dangerous.

His tough play would be missed big time if he doesn't.

I just don't see any player healthy with a groin tear after just 2 weeks.

I torn my groin in 10th grade when I played hS basketball, and I only missed 4 games (which amounted to 13 total days, I think).

Yeah but come'on! Tell the truth HH31... you only did that the first time you were in 10th grade... not the second or third. ;)
