He's going to get the Carr/Claiborne treatment when he's forced to cover the other team's number 1 the whole game and there's no pass rush.

People wanna talk about "Sophomore Slump".......Im more concerned about Brown than I am Dak or Zeke.........
I don't know if that applies to defensive players, especially DBs. They get better and better when they get a feel of NFL coverage and the speed/quickness of the WRs. Their role is to read and react.

yea, but who knows if he looks at the situation and has a big head thinkin he's got a startin job locked down and then who knows........that kinda confidence could be good or bad.......or he could work just as hard and get better OR plateau......

What a steal. Should be one of our starters. Not only can he cover but he sure as hell can tackle.

There were at least a couple of notable plays where he got just flat-out beat deep that keep from getting overexcited about him. I thought he played well as a rookie, though. Good enough that with Carroll cornerback is not my top priority in the draft ... although we certainly need to add one or two.

a mentally beaten Aaron Rogers. Than he fixed that problem and introduced us to the playoffs. It was a splendid time. I was all excited til the players got on the field. Than our coaches took over.

Not picking on Brown, but it just struck me as funny how we use videos to support what we want to see.

I was thinking of Doug Free and the videos that are out there of the relatively few plays where he just looked flat-out awful. It would be pretty easy to put together a video like this that would make Free look like an all-world blocker.

What that really means is every player has ups and downs. If they didn't, then our team would be undefeated each year and have many more Lombardis on the shelf. It really comes down to trying your best to limit the bad plays. I think Brown did a pretty good job of that last year and hopefully he can build on what he accomplished.

Anthony Brown has all the ability to be a shut down corner, primarily because his All-Pro technique is well beyond his years.

He has a good chance to blanket the likes of an Alshon Jeffery or Terrelle Pryor in year two.

Anthony Brown certainly displayed great promise for a 6th round rookie or any rookie for that matter. I'm seriously holding high hopes for him to improve considerably in the upcoming season. To do so, he'll be obliged to avoid the occasional miscues of the hands that drew flags several times during last season. To his distinct advantage, however, it's a highly correctible fault. Here's hoping his good play continues and even improves in 2017 and beyond. The promise that he has displayed so far is extremely encouraging, that's for sure. Evidently, he's a keeper.

#30 will get even better. All Cowboys fans should be excited for this young man and what he can do for our Cowboys.

Hes a perfect example of why you draft bpa, the leaked board showed how highly we thought of him. he doesnt seem to have a weakness, great speed, size, skills and his tackling and discipline are phenominal

Lockdown?

The Kool-Aid continues to flow freely and remains delicious.

He needs to work on his technique and discipline. He panics and grabs way too much IMO.
