I have no idea how something like that isn't illegal. Your company installs malware on my computer, tells me that I'm infected with a virus that only your product can fix, prevents me from going to websites to fix the malware that you installed, and if I DO get your product to fix it, it ONLY fixes what you installed.

It is illegal.

Since anyone who starts a 'please help me fix my computer' thread is a jerk, Ill piggy back this one.

Any time I move my laptop a little bit it restarts. What up with that?

I was up to 3:30 am last night working on my wifes laptop.
She had warning window she couldn't acknowledge or close .
Just kept going "bing bing bing "everytime She tried to close it ,couldn't go or do anything else on it.Finally snuck in behind it and uninstalled it. Then tried to uninstall a regrepair program ,my wife swore she did 't load.Can't uninstall it at all.

Naw. Malware took it off. I went to restore and brought my computer back to 8/5/10.

My computer seems to be running fine. I don't think it messed up the registry too much.

You used Malware to remove a virus? Thats like using wolves to herd sheep!
