Rack don't reformat just yet, you can manually remove it and there are instructions on the web on how to do it, I'd pull them up from a clean pc and print them out then follow those instructions... I'd do that before I reformat

Thanks. I'll try both of these in a bit. Taking a break from this for awhile before I decide to throw the computer through a wall. :D

Did you attempt to run Hijack This? Run that as the administrator and it will run a quick (just like 2-3 seconds) deep rooted scan of active programs on your computer.
