His September 30 plea hearing was postponed until October 28 from an aggravated-assault charge stemming from a May 2025 shooting incident in Miami. He has bigger fish to fry than tweeting about CeeDee.

Someone should ask him about his post-NFL attempt at running the Albany Empire arena football team in 2023 ended badly; the league terminated the franchise's membership after the team failed to meet its financial obligations.
