Certainly, Antonio Brown has the resume for induction. You call him a shoe-in. Are you saying he will eventually get in? That is understandable. I describe first-ballot Hall of Famers as shoe-ins. Time may prove me wrong, but I highly doubt Brown will get in the first go round.
