Some coaches can put up with the knuckleheads and some can't.That's the thing.
Knucklehead or not, this guy had football talent.
The kind you need to win.

Yeah, the drama of Brown and the Raiders has been going on for weeks. But there is no way any other team could be involved while he was a member of the Raiders. You trying to tell us that they hammered out the details of his contract in less than a couple hours? Bullshot. There is no way the wording of a contract could be not only agreed upon with all parties involved, but written up and signed inside of a couple hours of his release. Or even agreed upon in principle.
This would only be possible if there were previous provisions discussed. Which would be... That's right. Tampering.
Because he can't sign his contract until Monday. He would be a player, playing sans a contract. So why is it he cant play Sunday?
A.B. doesn't want to play anymore, he has stated numerous times publicly .
I think NE is his last stop , he wants a ring; so he is willing to put the time for Belicheat.
he wont screw them up big bill wont let it happen he will be good player for them and adjust or he will hit the highway again going to be hard to beat the pats this year

Look what AB put on YT:
I smell total collusion happening but it will never be proven.
Good! He can screw them up too!!! This is the end of the Patriots dynasty.

It makes all the difference in the world, Hillary. What difference does it make?
Bill Belichick don't give a ****. He would sign him even if all the other teams blackballed him. This fool acts crazy and 2 teams get rid of him and then he goes to the best team in the AFC. He should have been the one black balled out of the league.
Riiiiiight. Tell me one player that has ever ended this dynasty? Do you realize this dynasty is so rock solid, that no one one player will screw this up? Sounds like wishful thinking and being very naive. You won't hear a peep from Brown now.
Do you realize he wanted to play for the Pats after leaving Pitt? He never ever wanted to go to Oakland (and who would?). This is where he wants to be. Playing with the best QB/dynasty ever. Why would he screw this up?

Except Favre was at the end of his career, and actually retired. AB is in his prime and he's stop tier WR.this is pretty much the same lthing brett farve done to get back at the packers traded to the jets and looked lousy and got them to release him and then go to the vikings
And two of their wins were gifts from incompetent coaching.Anything can happen in the Super Bowl. These Patriots lost 3 times in the Super Bowl. Once with the best team in Patriot's history. AFC teams that aren't the Patriots are screwed.
Need help? They had Gordon and Edelman BEFORE AB. I'd say they were top 5 in WR talent before. Now they're head, shoulders, hips, knees, and feet above everyone elseWhat difference does it make? All he had to do is get off the Raiders and not answer any calls not from the Patriots. Tampering or not, same results. He's made it pretty clear that he didn't want to be a Raider for some time now. It's also pretty clear the Patriots need WR help and he's a WR looking for a ring.
Why wouldn't Pitt tell the Raiders that the Patriots offered a 1st for him to try to get a better deal?Just read an article on Profootballtalk where the Pats offered a 1st round pick for Brown but the Stealers turned it down and took Oakland's 3rd and 5th. Now why would the Stealers do that? They didn't want to trade him to a good team, and a rival. So, basically the Stealers screwed Brown by trading him to a crap team. In the end, the Pats get Brown for free and Oakland gets screwed out of a 3rd and 5th round pick.
I wonder if the Raiders knew about the Pats offer of a 1st round pick before they traded for Brown. I doubt it. Had they known, they may have saw the writing on the wall. Brown had the plan all along. And Brown's hatred for the Stealers is to the max that he would screw the innocent Raiders to get at the Stealers.
The Raiders sure have a bone to pick with Brown, the Pats, and the NFL. However, there is nothing they can do about it. Yeah, it was by the book but in the spirit of honesty and sportsmanship, it was plain wrong. Oakland got screwed.
