Excellent one week.
Disappears the next.
Cincy is kicking their rear-ends.

2much2soon said:all sarcasm aside, I haven't been unhappy with Quincy Morgan so far. Contrary to what Clev fans were saying at the time of the trade, he has shown excellent hands and looks like he can be a productive guy.

mr.jameswoods said:Antonio Bryant was a hothead not inconsistent. He was the third receiver here. He never got a chance to start because of Keyshawn and Terry. I'm not saying he was great but realistically was the guy ever afforded a starting role and enough time? Every time I saw the guy play, he seemed to play pretty well.
I don't think any of us can say that one team got the benefit over the other at this point. I haven't seen anything from Quincy Morgan to go wow if you know what I mean.
Fletch said:And Antonio had his chance to crack the 1st and 2nd WR spot, but he couldn't do it. Sorry, but Antonio blew his chance last year and this offseason with his cancerous attitude. He gets what he deserves! You get some help out there for Quincy Morgan ... a supporting cast of sorts, and you will have a better WR.
Quincy has played well considering that he is in a new offensive scheme with little time to gel with Vincy.

Every time I saw the guy play, he seemed to play pretty well.

mr.jameswoods said:As long as you can admit he blew his chance because of his attitude and not his ability to play the game because I never saw anything wrong with his game. Thus far, Morgan has been injured and hasn't done anything to warrant that he has playmaker potential. Steady player...yeah. Good guy....yeah....Good hands....yup..potential future all pro....don't see it.
Bryant may not have the attitude Morgan has but I definitely see more physical ability in Bryant despite his attitude.
Fletch said:You didn't notice all the dropped balls last year? He was streaky at best. He had a chance to make an impact last year in that New England game, maybe even break out of the shadows, but his route running and his dropped balls didn't help the guy at all.
In fact, all year long last year, his route running sucked. Did I mention attitude? So as far as his career as a Cowboy was concerned, Parcells and the coaches didn't see much to warrant keeping the kid around. Antonio is no more than a 3rd WR, maybe a 2nd WR at best.
Antonio is just another Quincy Carter. A cast off! Meaning, NOT A COWBOY!
