I believe the Bears' DE Alex Brown said how "Romo's a good QB with all those weapons around him, but he's no Peyton Manning".

Nonetheless, the Bears are a pretty classy team(no surprise b/c players generally follow in suit of their HC), which made Brown's comments surprising.

Pierce is a watered down version of Joey Porter. I never liked the guy myself, but on the field, he's quite a leader for the D.
