From the bears, that had to be big mouth Urlacher no doubt..

Its just funny to me all them players that run there mouth about us, never

back it up, and that's gonna be the case for the giants this sunday..

When will they learn

Here's a list that AdamJT13 Posted not too long ago (which I have added to as time has gone by):

WEEK 1
Brandon Jacobs: "I think we're going to go to Dallas this Sunday and whup their (butts)."
Result: We win by 10, and Jacobs finishes with 26 yards rushing and gets knocked out for 3-5 weeks with a knee injury.

WEEK 2
Joey Porter: "Barber thinks he's a tough guy sometimes. ... That's my type of fight, so I'm going to be looking for him."
Result: We win by 17, Barber rushes for two touchdowns, and Porter finishes with two tackles and a 15-yard unsportsmanlike conduct penalty (for ripping off Barber's helmet), then complains that his knee hurts.

WEEK 3
Alex Brown: "I'm not trying to take anything away from him, but if you say (the Colts') Peyton Manning's a star and you say Romo's a star, I don't agree with you on that. ... Anybody can be rattled."
Deven Hester: “This is the NFL. It's the highest level of football. Kick it to me and play football. Don't be scared."
Result: We win by 17, Romo throws for 320 yards and two touchdowns before the end of the third quarter, and Brown finishes with one tackle (after a 15-yard gain).

WEEK 4
Issac Bruce: “I, Issac Bruce, guarantee a victory on Dallas.”
Result: We win by 28 and I. Bruce has 1 catch for 24 yards all day.

WEEK 5
Player makes a guarantee and then smartly retracts the statement before it's made public.

WEEK 6
No Player from New England is silly enough to say anything.

WEEK 7
Nothing said out of Minnesota

WEEK 8
Bye

WEEK 9
Donovin McNabb: "The championship still runs through Philadelphia."
Result: We win by 21, McNabb does nothing much besides fumble the first play of the game and throw a crucial INT. He's now defending himself from Eagle fans saying that it isn't his fault they're losing.

WEEK 10
Antonio Pierce: "They will have to continue to pressure Romo even after he gets rid of the ball, to the point that it wipes the smile right off his face."
Justin Tuck: "Romo is too short to throw from the pocket..."
Result: ?

Favre and McNabb are listed at 6'2" the same as Romo.

This whole "Romo is too short" thing is blown way out of proportion.

Given his height limitations, we may have to lower our expectations of Romo. Maybe Romo can do as well as other QBs of the same height such as Joe Montana.

Tuck said how you have to keep Romo in the pocket b/c he's too short to see over defenders. Huh?? TR's 6'2 and an inch taller than Brett Favre. What game tape is he watching??
6'2 is short for a QB. (Favre is 6'2 also) Many QBs are closer to 6'4.

no said anything about Warner being 6'2 when he won the Super Bowl and got MVP or Jeff Garcia being 6'1 when he was winning games last year.

its all bull, we've seen Romo throw TD's from the pocket. And Ill take Romo ALL DAY/ANY DAY over Eli.

Maybe I'm splitting hairs here but I think 6'2" is closer to "average" than "short" for a QB.

Brillant, no one has tried that before. Except for the last team Romo played that he dominated.

Oh yea?

Well... well... we'll just have to continue to pressure Manning even after he throws the ball to wipe the... the... look of nothingness off his face.

Ha, if it's possible, we'll try to make him look even more confused than usual..

guys, did antonio pierce middle linebacker for the giants, say that he is going to hit romo and knock that silly grin off of his face, and then he is going to hit him some more after that play is over, wouldnt that be against NFL rules, and what the league stands for intentionally looking to harm a player? And the reporter i heard ssaid that other giants players on defense were going to do the same thing to romo and any other cowboy player that stood up,,

Pierce is your poor man's Joey Porter. He's quite a firey leader on the field, but when it comes to trash talking, he's hardly at Porter's level.

Have these fools forgotten that their offense has to take the field too and we have some pretty good hitters on our side of the ball?

Speaking of which, I hope they clobber Eli instead of the ticky tack takedowns that have gone in the books as Cowboys sacks so far this year.

Coming from a player with one sack on the season, and just 6.5 sacks in 92 games played, I'm not gonna get too worked up...

For that matter, he's only forced 4 fumbles in those 92 games played... let's just say that he's not noted for ferocious hits on QBs... LOL...

Sounds like he's scared to me. I've found that usually the people who talk the biggest are really the most unsure of themselves. I think that the Cowboys O' line will have a thing or two to say about that. If the little punk wants to try a late hit then we will gladly take the penalty as he is walking to the locker room. If the refs happen not to "see" it then we have some enforcers who know how to take care of their family members.

I am pretty sure his point was to make sure even when romo throws the ball he gets hit. Rough him up not let him get comfortable. It perfectly legitimate statement, it is what every team is trying to do.

However He had to be a pompous ***, like most of that team and say we are going to wipe that smile off his face.

I still wonder what antonio pierce has ever done to be the guy who is always running his mouth? He is a good player but has he ever been a difference maker.

I knew one of those arrogant jerks up there would finally give us something, they cant help themselves they are always reading how great they are and now this week even though most of the analysts are picking them to win they are acting like they are this big underdog.

I cant wait till gurode gets his hands on him.
