Any chance Demetrius Bell could see time at guard

I don't know if he can or can't, but I just don't think he's good enough. If he has a role on this team, it's as a swing tackle, and I like a younger, higher upside Parnell much, much more.

Exactly why I started this thread........Parnell is pretty much a lock and they rarely keep 4 tackles which is my whole point of giving him a shot at our weakest position on the team which is guard, particularly the right guard spot.

I still believe that Parnell could outplay Free if healthy and given the opportunity. He is superior to Free physically. He is both stronger and quicker. The problem is that he has very minimal experience and will only get better if he plays in real games, IMO.
