This article (http://www.nfl.com/photoessays/0ap2000000338400/alltime-team-dallas-cowboys) suggests since the Super Bowl Era, the Cowboys have had two:
  • 1966-1985
  • 1992-1997
This is all very subjective - what is a dynasty?

No doubt, the Cowboys were a long-lasting elite team during the Landry Era, but at various points eclipsed by the Packers, Dolphins, Steelers, 49ers. Think everybody agrees they were the team of the 90's. Point is up to 1997 the Cowboy's history was as successful as you can get. Other fans would argue they have two dynasties. Steelers have won two SBs since the 70's and the Packers have won two SBs since the 60's.

Cowboys, 49ers, Steelers. You might argue the 49ers but I consider them to be among the multiple Dynasty teams. Different QBs and different HCs.

Dallas could have really cemented this hands down TWICE.

In 70s - win one vs stealers and/or get the win vs colts.
In 90s - win one more, maybe 4 in a row.

Imagine 4 Super Bowls in two different decades... in 70s then again in 90s. Oh boy... If only...

Seattle looks like they could be the next dynasty with the way they draft and the GM and HC they have.

Multiple dynasties? Only the 49ers. Won more than 1 SB in both the 80s and 90s.

70s cowboys were not a dynasty really. Stealers were. 70s are their decade not ours.

Damn... If you think about it. The 60s and the 80s.... Sooooooo close. Could have been a 4 consecutive decades rule!
