Any news from camp about actual football stuff?

The first couple of weeks is just getting tested for the virus and then they move on to conditioning.

It won't be till the middle of August before there is any actual football activity.

May not get too much until the actual practices start around the 17th. Then with only not quite 3 weeks of practice. It may mostly be closed to the public and even reporters. As they need that time to instill the real stuff, not generic PS game type plays.

yeh i wonder what the Blue-White scrimmage game (which the team did announce that they will continue its' tradition this summer)
will be like in terms of being able to visually have it available to media..- so fans can see some semblance of contact football this summer.

Camp may be officially open, but it certainly doesn't have the vibe of training camp.

I figured they would have a few open practices at the Star, as well as possibly one at the stadium.
Since they will have the blue white scrimmage, they will probably televise that, since they always have.
But just my opinion most will be closed.

Did everyone show up, except for the opt outs? Did that all pass the conditioning test? I guess are they learning the new playbook right now? Maybe they’re studying the playbook And conditioning getting ready for the padded practices...

they should know the playbook. I'm 100% sure they received these not long after McCarthy was named head coach. They should know have all the terminology, etc down by now. It's just a matter now of putting into practice what they have seen on paper (or electronically).

why is it taking us so long, there's teams already doing on field activities.

Mostly this
