I was close to pulling the trigger to bringing my 5yo son to the game in Santa Clara but didn’t want to have him miss his first basketball game.

I’ve been looking at flights for Phili and they are cheap.

I get that it’s a **** place to be, but if I go and take him to Philly, I’ll be in our company suite at their stadium. Even with that safe environment, would you still not bring a 5yo there?

I actually appreciate anyone with thoughts on this.
Just Don't wear cowboys stuff if u walk out amongst crowds ..and try and blend in.

I personally wouldn't...

if dallas wins , cowboys fans will literally be in danger in that place.
Why? You act like Dallas is inferior to Philly in terms of being about that life. Philly is just low level trashy. Dallas fans can hold their own.

Because it's 80,000 eagle fans in stadium, and another 80K with no tickets lingering in the parking lot getting obliterated and looking for fights.

There will be a few thousand cowboy fans there.

No! Had a brother that worked for the Boys and one year they went to an away Philly game. He said it was scary and were escorted out.

I wouldn't bring my 5 yr old there even if we were decked out in Eagles gear.

Just the F bombs....wouldn't wanna have kids there

Agree. He said it was based on nothing but being a fan. Tried getting along. Upper seats. Didn’t matter. Basically were told they needed to leave.

Not that the Dallas bus station is paradise, but I spent a month in downtown Philly one night on leave from the Army, and that was the first and last time I'll lay eyes on that city. Bill Burr was right.

Eagles fans’ reputation for being raucous isn’t true. They like to think they’re a tough crowd, but they’re not. They promote that reputation, the media keeps it alive. It’s nonsense. The money they spend to be at the game guarantees they’ll concentrate on it and do not appreciate extra curricular activities going on around them. I’ve attended plenty of Eagles games, old USFL Stars games, even saw the Bell play twice at JFK stadium. Peculiar to Philly fans is they are more likely to boo their team than the visiting team.

IF we win tomorrow of course. I'm tempted, I'm only about 5 hours away. I have NEVER even come close to considering going to a game @ Philthy, cause I aint trying to go to jail and/or hospital OR get my vehicle trashed by their uncivilized fans.

But man, first time going to the NFC Championship game in 27 years? I was 12 and took these seasons for granted, If I'd only known smh.....

I have always wanted to visit for the history and cheesesteaks also......Im gonna have alot of pondering to do if we manage to beat SF.
One game at a time.

Hell no....and i only live an hour away. My nephews, one is a huge Cowboy fan went to the Dallas game earlier this year. That was the first time he ever went there and he said never again. It was non stop harassment all game and he said it wasnt just normal fan smacktalk. It was threatening your life type stuff. Me personally would have gotten into many fights so I dont bother.

I'm sorry, but did you move to the US not too long ago and just pick the most popular teams? I can't take you seriously at all.

If you go, DO NOT WEAR ANY COWBOYS GEAR!!!

I'm serious, there have been Cowboy fans that have had beer thrown on them, cussed at, spit at, even pushed around.

Just blend in and dont draw any attention to yourself.

Lol. You’ll be fine as long as you don’t look for trouble. I went with my mother in a aikman jersey and had no issues. Some teasing but no big deal. Now if I had of reacted aggressively angry at the teasing then who knows.

We won that game, December, 2014 and won the east. A great memory.

I’ll go in my company suite. I was waiting all season all season for Philly to implode but they haven’t yet. They will be a tough team to beat next week assuming Dallas wins tomorrow

You will be fine, just don’t look for trouble and be polite. Buy good seats, cheaper seats attract the riffraff.

I'm only about 30 minutes away. I wouldn't go there, but not because of the fans or stadium, I just don't like the city.
