it shows video of jaylon jumping up and down and the Fuzzy's slow motion video (page 8) showing the dynamics of a person jumping rope. it is the most clear evidence that his footdrop condition is at least recovered to a great extent...

I'll say that he starts over Hitchens before the year is over. He still does not have the same ability with his peroneal that he had before.

If he does regain full strength and responsiveness then I see him pushing for a probowl. He already should know the playbook.

The important thing is that he should be able to practice when OTAs crank up in May either way.

Is he still considered a rookie because he has not played yet or not?
