Why exactly?

I'll restate:
I personally don't trust this staff and front office as great decision makers or strategists for the most part. I was more theoretically speaking earlier.
To a certain extent I feel that some of these new players who are not getting PT is because their own flaws in their game with the DC system. So is it the system or the lack of talent holding them back?
Only the coaches can see on a daily basis how they work together. We as fans mostly look at college youtube video and the players past statistical data and say "he's a beast he needs to start" or get a chance to play.
I think/hope the reason they are not playing, is just a flaw in their game, not because the system they are in is holding back their talent. In general just hope it's not coaches stupidity or stubbornness holding them back.

ST downs aren't insignificant for a 4th WR option. Street's a better blocker, too, which factors into his offensive snaps. Even if you're not a primary on a play, if you can block downfield, the coaches are going to appreciate that.

Though his fumble and his penalties on Teams ought to probably have him on the bench this week.

Dooley's protege is a bad football player in year 2 of his NFL career. TWill and Lucky are making plays. Basically any pass catcher in the middle of the field that is not a primary option doesn't get the ball so Beasley and Escobar have disappeared again. Cassell looks cooked to me. Like Brad Johnson just unable to get enough behind precision throws past 15 yards. Trying to makes him inaccurate.

Meanwhile teams attack the middle of the field on us continuously.
