Still at a 65% rate like last year? Or is he only dropping the sure easy touchdowns now?

What's the over/under on how many games he will cost us this year with critical dropped passes?

you seem to be forgetting he led the league in TD's also - he had some drops but his TD's more than made up for that.

There some 60 odd offensive plays a game. What your saying is nice for shock value but posits nothing.

As for him dropping passes last year, lets put one of your hands in a splint so that you cannot move your fingers and throw footballs 40 mph and see how well you catch.

I can understand people anticipating him melting down in the lockerroom due to his past in Philly and SF, but if Glenn or Witten put aside surgery so that he could stay in the game at the risk of limiting his career you would be all over yourself gushing about how hes a tough team player.

Owens deserves that recognition as well.

exactly...some people just love to talk...but put in the same situation..they would want people to feel bad for them.....

but really it all comes down 2 hate and envy...the people who sit here and trash talk...are people who are mad because they cant go out there and make millions...trust me half these people who talk crap like that about Owens if they got offered to make millions in the NFL and 2 play a Terrel Owens role...they would do it in a heart beat...but they cant...there just average and below average people...and it hurts them

You know I really agree with this. But of course T.O. could save a child in a burning building and he would somehow be critized.
He has a broken hand, and a torn ligament that needed surgery that preventing use in the finger, but all people want to do is complain he dropped some balls. It seems very reasonable that based on his injuries he would drop some balls. At least I would think.

Recognition for playing injured...sure.

However as far as Terry and Witten...I think they are a little more respected due to less drama.

Owens...just annoys me. Should have never been signed to play with the cowboys and the sooner he is gone the better IMO.

Finally, someone who is honest about it.

All of you that are anti-Owens, .. just admit it like BP has, you don't like him.

That's fine, I can respect that.

But don't bring up the trivial little things that have happened since he came to Dallas and say that is why you don't like him.

It makes you look petty and uninformed.

You didn't like him before he got here and didn't want him to sign here to begin with.

He has been fine since he got here, he put up good numbers last year even while injured.

He will be back this season and hopefully have an even better season.

I can understand that you don't like the guy, .. some do, some don't, ... but leave it at that to be taken seriously.

Trivial things he has done since joining the cowboys pales in comparison to the things he has done prior to joining the cowboys.

To be fair I felt the same way about Keyshawn when we signed him to play, the difference is he grew on me where TO just seems to reinforce why I did not like him before.

Save the drama for the mama or another team is what I think about with TO.

Just like those that defend him on this board, I bet money they were laughing and ripping on him when he was with the 49ers and Eagles.

At least those that don't like him now are being honest and sticking with the same idea and not just turning their heads because he is wearing a star on his helmet as opposed to an eagle.
